Up-Stitch has a wonderful network of friends who support our mission in a number of ways: participating in sorting parties, spreading the word, teaching workshops or donating fabric and yarn. Our friends have many talents of their own that we’re happy to highlight here!

Linda Dunn has volunteered on a regular basis to help sort through our wonderful, and often wacky, pile of donations. She and her partner Claudia Hartmark make amazing bags (sometimes with Up-Stitch fabric!) under the name “Old Bag Bags.”

Claudia and Linda with Old Bag Bags are going to be at the Shaker Heritage Society Fall Harvest Craft Fair on the weekend of September 14 and 15. They have a number of new types of bags and they would love to see you there!!
